Q. How much do your consulting services cost?
A. We do not do “canned consulting” so the fees really do vary. Your initial consultation is free and then we can give you a closer idea of what the charges would be in your case (depending on what you want to have done).
Some clients can have their issues handled with a phone conference in which case the fees are typically a few hundred dollars.
Q. How can you be less expensive, yet get results?
A. We are a regional firm so we can schedule much more effectively than others that always have to put their consultants on planes and in hotel rooms. We believe that if we establish value with our clients from the very beginning, we’ll keep them for a long time. So we consistently are very busy and have much lower advertising costs.
None of our clients is ever locked into a contract but the great majority of them have been with us over 10 years. These are rational smart people. The reason that they are doing this is that our fees typically come to less than 1% of their practice’s collections and they feel they gain far more than that year after year as a result of our work together. Keep in mind that our first year clients average sustained gains of over $18,000/mo. in production.
Other consulting companies will typically charge $30,000, $40,000 and up for canned programs that don’t provide nearly the service that we do.
Q. Will I have to “hard sell” my patients?
A. Absolutely not! It’s been our experience that consulting firms often treat you the way they want you to treat your patients. If the firm is expensive, applies heavy sales pressure and uses a canned approach, that is what they will want you to do with your patients.
That is absolutely not how we approach things. We know that you didn’t go to Dental School to be a salesman. Yes, case acceptance and patient follow through is important but there are proven ethical low key ways to take more of an advisory approach (vs. a sales approach) that get great results and allow everyone to sleep well at night. You don’t have to be anyone other than who you are.
Q. How can I be sure that you’ll be right for my practice?
A. Well, for one thing, if we aren’t, you can fire us anytime! We never lock our clients into contracts. So, we guarantee that you’ll be happy with our services or you can stop anytime. We are very comfortable being held accountable by you for results. Plus, you and your staff will be comfortable in the process we use to get those results.
A. Because we work with your particular strengths, your philosophy, your talents and resources to get the outcome you want. It works best. It feels best.

Q. Do you do consultations outside the Upper Midwest area?
A. We do if we feel it’s a good match.
